Giving new life to a piece of land near our home: this was the dream that we, two countryside enthusiasts, had long held. Our choice naturally fell on elderberry — for its great versatility in the kitchen, but also for its promising potential in food production and processing.
We had the pleasure of hosting the Radio-Canada team for the show L'Épicerie, who came to produce a report on elderberries, this little-known fruit that we carefully cultivate.
